For associations and clubs for the unemployed and students for more than 100 euros rental day, 10% discount on all rented equipment.
When removing an equipment, a security deposit check and an identity document will be requested. A booking is considered firm upon receipt of a deposit check of 30% of the amount of the considered service. If the customer cancels the reservation less than 24 hours before the advertised begining of the lease, the deposit check will be cashed. If our rent is no longer possible, we would try to arrange it at best, but no prejudice would be held against us.
Furthermore, we inform our customers that we will not be held responsible for improper or incorrect use of material, that any unusual material deterioration has to be repaid, either to repair or to change the equipment at cost price .
In addition, we remind you that the mountain is an environment that request to take a number of precautions that we will not be held responsible for if they were not met.
